The awards were for Best Model Home in the $425,000-450,000 range with Limehouse Village and the Best Model Home in the $450,000-475,000 range with Freeman’s Point; Best Floorplan in the $425,000-450,000 range with the Chestnut and the Best Floorplan in the $450,000-475,000 range with the Summerside; Best Company Brochure and Best Community Brochure.

The PRISM Awards recognize excellence in remodeling, new construction, marketing and sales. The criteria for Best Floorplan and Best Model Home included function, curb appeal, design and use of interior space and special features.
