Ashton Woods Recognized as Builder of the Year at 2022 Greater San Antonio Builders Association Summit Awards

Ashton Woods took home 11 awards, including the coveted Builder of the Year award, at the Greater San Antonio Builders Association’s Summit Awards held on July 28, 2022, at Pedrotti’s Ranch in San Antonio. Two associates were recognized for their respective roles as “Marketing Professional of the Year,” and “Title Officer of the Year.” The company was also awarded “Best Website,” three “Best Product Designs” awards, “Best Master Suite,” and three “Best Interior Merchandising” awards.

In addition to the prestigious Builder of the Year award, Ashton Woods took home the award for Best Website in the marketing category. Amy Haverlah, marketing manager for Ashton Woods San Antonio, won “Marketing Professional of the Year,” while Ashley Kay Bruns, title officer for Ashton Woods San Antonio, won “Best Title Officer.”

Ashton Woods won Best Master Suite for their models in the Southglen community. Featuring 13 beautifully designed single-family house plans, popular models like the Del Rio and Katy feature spacious kitchens with center islands and pantries. The Jordan model in the Trails at Culebra community was also awarded Best Product Design—Sales price between $300,000 and $350,000, and Best Interior Merchandising—Sales price between $300,000 and $350,000. The Jordan model is a beautiful 2,522 square-foot single-family home that draws character from natural wood elements that are juxtaposed with iron metal finishes. 

The builder’s Del Rio model in the Southglen community was awarded Best Product Design—Sales price between $350,000 and $400,000, and Best Interior Merchandising—Sales price between $350,000 and $400,000. The Del Rio model is an elegant single-family home with plans ranging from 2,155 to 2,614 square feet, featuring an open floor plan, a luxurious master suite, and a covered back patio.
