Introducing Self-Guided Home Tours by UTour

One of the hardest parts of househunting is simply finding the time to do it. Now, you can tour some Ashton Woods homes at your convenience and on your schedule — whether it’s early in the morning or after business hours — thanks to UTour. 

Here’s how UTour works and how you can schedule a self-guided tour.

How Do Self-Guided Tours Work? 

Browse our website to find a home you’re interested in. If self-guided tours are available in your area, you’ll see an option to schedule a tour. Choose a time and date to tour the home you’re interested in for either 30 minutes or one hour. You’ll also be asked to create a UTour account and verify your identity with a government-issued ID for security purposes.

Once your account is set up, you’ll receive a digital code to unlock the door of the home you’re touring. This code is time-sensitive and only works during your scheduled tour time. While touring, you’ll have the option to send texts to receive more details about the home and community and to connect with a member of the Ashton Woods team for more information.

Currently, we only offer self-guided tours in select areas, but we are continuing to expand them 
to Ashton Woods communities across the country.
